Need help ..How to Enable Data Connection 3G/2G/GSM after Disable?

Hi,

I have Samsung apollo, I have disabled the Data connection by below method because of small battery life. Now I want to Enble the data connection for using 3G/internet to access internet outside wifi range but its permanently disable. I have used to disable the data connection as below

# Dial *#*#4636#*#* to open “Testing” screen.
# Tap on Phone Information.
# Press the Menu key or button.
# Tap on More.
# Tap on Enable data connection to disconnect and make inactive any data connection immediately.
# Tap on Enable data on boot to disable data connection on next boot up.

Then Tap on Enable data connection is not going to Enable. Its permanently in disable mode after pressing many times its not going to changeing. Now I am not able to check my mail/ internet by 3G/2G/GSM any way.

How to ‘Enable data connection’ after disable the above methods. I have restart the mobile also.Please help me its brand new samsung Galaxy apollo mobile I have brought 3 days before.

pleae help me how can I enable & check mail
