Uninstalling factory applications or else stopping launch by default ?

I recently got LG Optimus T for T-mobile and comes loaded with plenty of applications which launch by default and consume more power then anything else.

below are the key apps -
Drivesmart system
Gallery
Dialer
Dialer Storage
Download Manager
Market
Market Update
Google Search
App Pack (T mobile)
Bluetooth share
Browser
Calendar
Google Services Framework
Live wallpaper picker
Maps
Media Container Service
Messaging
Picco TTS

The problem is the permissions are set in Red n there is no update or any button that can be enabled to remove or change the default launch which happens with every run which varies from few seconds to few minutes.

Only remedy is to keep busy killing application which is not effective for apps like Market, App Pack, Media, Gallery etc.
