BIOS update failuire ?

hey hello there,

my name is Tarun. I am having Dell Studio1450. i was using BIOS version A03. and for some reason dell support assistant recommend me to update BIOS version. latest BIOS version was A06. so i had downloaded the same and tried to install. but unfortunately it stuck at the last at 28 of 30 program. then after half an hour i removed the battery to restart my laptop. now my laptop is not getting started. sometime it accept OS otherwise it shows a blank screen only .. give me some sugestion or any tool through which i can repair it ..
