Open Question Bookmark and Share

I am tyring to transfer photos from my computer to a CD, when I click "write files to cd" it states: "there is no disc, please insert a writable cd into drive E", which of couse has been done..... how do I fix that?

Go to Start--> Run-->Regedit --> HKLM-->SYSTEM-->CurrentControlSet-->Control --->Class ---> look for an entry like {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} / on the right side you will see LowerFilters or UpperFilters entry - delete them if u have them both or either of them.

Close Regedit
Reboot your Laptop

Try the CD , & let me know.

anu_karnal 		Check if cd writer/Drive reads the cd. Try a fresh CD in the drive. If the cd drive is not used since long clean the drive with cd cleaner.
