regarding pen drive ?

I have 8 GB transcend pen drive and I have stored all my imp files in it. but for last 4 days I am not able to use it as it is not getting recognized on any PC. I am scared that all My data ( which I have stored only in pen drive) will be lost . I am least bother about pen drive but is there any way I can access my data on pen drive. I will be very thankful if some solution is there
