Unlock Usb port having quick heal password ?

I am having PC in which quick heal is installed and i cant access my pen drive as its been disabled how to unlock it.
Please help as i cant format my PC it having sofware that are imporotant and i dont want to format it.

device manager->u s b controller -> usb root hub->device usage enable/disable
