Hard Drive failure ?

Hi there,

My Hard drive crashes, with a blue screen when booting to windows xp, I have tried to adjust settings in the bios from ATA to AHCI, but I still get the same thing, I have tried to plug the HDD externally in two computers and they all crash and restart, I figure the problem is on the Hard drive, I have tried to repair windows but it say there is no hard drive, The other two computers could see if but crashes at the point of initialising the HDD, the computer where it was initially installed also see it because it keeps coming back starting windows in safe mode or normally and so forth, is there a way to fix this?
