where can i get registry editor for ipad ?

i would like to extend the trial period for apps in ipad.. i heard using registry editor i can do the same. can you suggest me away??

There is no way to extend the trail period of apps on ipad, ipad does not have a registry editor, nor it can be done by connecting it to your windows or mac computer.

Jailbreaking your ipad might help, google it how :)
