I had to get rid of a 6 mo. old iphone from att and got a verizon iphone today. How do I sync with my mac computer that i had my first iphone on?

First connect your old iPhone to your Mac and let it sync with the iTunes software. After its completely backed up, remove it and then connect the new iPhone (Verizon), then set it up as the existing device with same iTuned account and sync it. It will get all the data and apps form your old phone.
