iphone 3gs - photo multiple albums ?

While transferring pictures from my IPhone 3gs onto the Pc ( Xp), multiple folders were created by accident on my Iphone photo folder. The albums are as follows 1. Camera roll 2. Photo Library 3. DCIM 4. Webcam. All the folders contain the same pictures. When iphone is connected to the pc it is recognized as camera and not as a device and i'am unable to view the autoplay option. able to access the pics only in the photo library folder. Unable to access nor delete the rest of the folders and also the pics in the remaining folder.

Could anyone tell me how to go about it ?
