IP Address conflict with another system on the network ?

I had 3 home PCs connected to a router for internet connection. A while ago, I had all 3 setup DHCP on the server but recently decided to remove the server and revert back to the original setup. Now, only one pc can connect to the internet at a time and the 2nd and 3rd user gets an error saying "There is an IP address conflict with another system on the network. Please help.
