Internet browser problem ?

I have earlier asked a question regarding my problem but I did not received any reply from your side.

Again I am sending my problem to you as below:

" Whenever I use firefox or chrome for 2-3 minutes suddenly the browser looses connectivity although ADSL is stable.However, Internet explorer works fine but it sometimes fails to load pages too.
When I gets out of firefox or chrome my system suddenly becomes hanged."
A day before yesterday I formatted my Windows XP and also made a complaint with net provider and they stated that there is no problem with the server.


Please help me.
