Problem with Reliance Netconnect ?

Dear Sir,

I saw your webpage troublefixers.com and it is very useful for everyone who is having computer related problems.

Please note that i am using Reliance netconnect data card from last 1 year and i was satisfied with it till 8 months. In last 4 months i am encountering problem that after connection in every 3 or 5 minutes it get disconnected and then automatically it get connected, as i choose auto reconnect button.

I am frustrated with this frequently disconnection and i am unable to work properly.

Please if you can help me to overcome this problem i would appreciate.

Abhishek 		Hi Rahul

Try changing and connecting your reliance data card in broadband mode which might be a solution to the problem as well it will increase the browsing speed of your data card.

if still the problem persist then contact reliance data card customer care for replacement or repair of your data card.

Rahul, you can do two things, first of all, contact the customer care and complain about it. Second, check if you have got any update for the data card dialer software, it can be software level problem as well.
