Problems With Protocols ?

I am not that good at computers so I will explain the best I can. I have used google chrome for a while and I really like it. Just recently I posted on my business page and found when I click on any tag like photo. link. etc. to add to my post. i see it start loading but then nothing happens. I tried my personal profile and the same thing happens. I searched the web for the problem and found if I add https:// to www.facebook it will load my home page and those tags work but only on my home page. I can not click on any other one of my pages and have that protocol show in the address bar and I cannot add it into the address bar for any other page. The protocol only works for my home page and that is the only way I can add any of those tags to a post. This is very frustrating especially because I cannot use these tags on my business page. All I can do is post a status. No problems in IE only in Chrome, I prefer Chrome. I don't know why this happened and I cannot get anyone to help me I hope you can.
