Go to Printers and Fax folder, just below the control panel. Click on Add printer. By default, it will in Local Printer. Do not change anything. Click on next. It will ask for the port to be configured. By default, LPT1 will be selected. You choose "Create a new port" In the drop box, select Standard TCP/IP port. Click on next. Specify the IP address, For ex: 192.168.1.50. This will be your network printer. The next step is to select the printer from the list. If you have the driver, load the driver software and click on finish. That completes your network printer for the computers.
