reliance netconnect problem + getting hot ?

Hello,

I am using reliance netconnect USB (Broadband+) here in Nagpur (India) from last few months.
Every-time when I use internet using this USB device, it works fine for first 10 to 15 minutes (with approx. 50KBPS) and then suddenly its speed gets down.

I realize that it is getting hot after few minutes and then this problem occurs.

Does anyone have same problem with their device? Can anyone please let me know how to overcome this OR it’s just only a network problem?

anonymous 		Hi,

Even I am facing the same problem, and when I contacted my friend he told its device problem. As even he faced it in his office. So its advisable to change the modem. In normal case modem shouldn't get hot while using.I hope it will work.
