some major websites like yahoo,microsoft are not opening on my pc. ?

i have windows 7 and its working fine.recently some of the major websites like yahoo.microsoft,torrentz....are not opening.the address abr show the right address but the page shows something like multiple domains,40 gb transfer with some srever pictures.
there are some ad boxes also there. i have also attached a picture of the page here.
please help me with this problem as i cant access to yahoo,microsoft.
P.S- formatting didnt worked.
