i can not open a document that was sent to me in this email

anu_karnal 		If you have downloaded the attachment. See its extension ie the last three or four letters. as it seems a document file so it should end with .doc or .docx if it is .docx you need MS Office 2007 installed on your system else you request the sender to send the document again in lower version or in text mode. In image formats like tiff jpg or bmp format also be asked.
