I have Win 7 (starter) and experiencing issues with Voice Calls thru Yahoo Messenger 11 ?

The issue started after I upgraded it to ver 11. Keeps saying Microphone input not detected. I tested my built in mike and it works on other software. Is anyone else having this problem? How do I fix this?
