Problems saving Office 2007 (and 2010) files as Web Page ?

Hi
When I save an Word 2010 file as Web Page, some of the hyperlinks originally placed in specific parts of the document become scattered all over the text (in all text lines). Sometimes, each line will become associated with more than one hyerlink.

If, however, I save the file as Web Page, filtered, this does not happen, but unfortunately I can't always save the desired file as Web page filtered.
