PS2 port not detecting any keyboard. ?

At first, I must thank you for this service. I'm using PCs more than 10 yrs, but this problem is very abnormal to me. When I start my PC, POST is done good, but PS2 port doesn't detect the keyboard. And coming a murmuring sound - not a beep sound, but it's coming from PC speaker, I hope.

BOIS display coming, but I cannot access to BIOS SETUP UTILITY PROG / CMOS SETUP by pressing Del or the mentioned key. I'm mad about this trouble, please give me clue or conclusion to solve this problem soon. I shall much thankful to you.

Still I didn't receive any post from you for my previous question which I asked a long time ago. Quiz was: I want a utility to check up dead PC with the help another one. I know about PCI-POST Card. Don't tell me that way.
