Sir,my PC did not boot up from cd nor from hard disk.It ask me to press F1 and F2 for set up and to resume respectively. ?

Sir,my PC did not boot up from cd nor from hard disk.I had checked my board by plugging out my RAM from board and turn on it and it produce a sound.Similarly my PC ask me to press F1 for st up and F2 to resume.on pressing F2 it produce a sound.Plz.tell me that how to change the size of a partition during window installation.my e-mail address is (shineface1989@gmail.com).Relpy by email as early as possible.
