computer hanged frequently ?

Hello Sir,
Why does my mouse and keyboard hanged when i start my computer and there is a lot of sound are coming through the processor cooling fan and my computer becomes very slow. I remove the dust but still same issue. Is it a motherboard or processor Problem ?
Pls heip..

sanjayapte15 		it may be processor fan problem,
Try the followings:
1. remove processor fan & fill a drop of some fine lubricant it will help to improve your fan RPM and stop sound.
2. check heat pest on processor.
3. check your SMPS (Switch Mode Power Supply) current draw position it will not exceed or low 220 to 230 V
