I am having duel operrrrating systems namely windows7 as well windows xp.My datacard could not connect me to internet in windows7 ?

I am having both XP as well windows7 operating systems in one and the same pc.While I able to get my internet link in the windows xp,I could not get the same in windows7.(I am using reliance broadband plus data card.
