Not able to open Sandisk Cruzer 8GB Pendirve ?

Hi,

I am Suresh. I have a Sandisk Cruzer 8GB Pendirve. When I plugin to my system. It is deducted. But I am not able to open it. When I try to open, It shows "The disk in drive in F is not formatted. Do you want to format it now?". When I click ok, and formated, it shows not able to format. When I checked in Disk Management, the size is 64.0 MB only... Please help me to how to resolve this.. anonymous 		i believe that maybe, somehow, something happened to your pendrive to make it malfunction... i had something similar happen, when i had mine in my pocket and a magnet came close to it, and wiped it totally out, and oi was unable to format it ever again... probably should think about replacing it... unfortunately :(
