USB Drive is no longer detected as Kingston, but as Generic ?

I did a low level format, there after, even when I try to load the flash from the bios, it is detected as a generic device, and not at kingston.
Capacity 0
Unallocated space 0
Reserved space 0

It used to get picked up by the HP Formatting Tool, but now it does not.

In My computer It shows "Removable Drive E:", when you click on it, it says insert a disk in drive G:

Any Ideas?

Is it perm damaged?
