Open Question Bookmark and Share

pen drive gets detected but as soon as i click on the icon to open it or open the properties, computer hangs. ?

i cant even even right click on the icon. the computer just freezes. im using windows 7.
please help

MAKA 		you could try this go to control panel click on admin tools, click on computer management then on the left hand side find Disk Management (shortcut go to the start orb type part look at the top left windows click create and format don't worry it wont start formating anything unless you want it to) , Find the drive and click on it Right click select format. other wise you could try this
Download find and mount http://www.findandmount.com/, run a scan on your usb drive
