do we have any software which can extract the data from Scanned file with JPEG format(example like Fine Reader) ?

discreption:

1) let's think, I have a A4 paper with data typed in , and i have scanned the paper to computer in JPEG format, now i want the complete data to be extracted either to notepad or to excel with out any mistakes, we have a software called "Fine Reader" which will extract the data only up-to 85% accuracy, some data missing .............
2) i am also looking for the software which can easily pasted to excel? generally the data pasted in excel will be in One cell, but the data should be moved to multiple cells accordingly,
