Try Below steps to resolve your issue
1)Scan with Malwarebytes Antimalware software for any hidden malware.

2)Use process Explorer to check which process is taking more memory.

3)Use kingsoft PC DOCTOR software for cleaning, scanning and optimizing, to updating OS patches, hotfixes.(This is best according to me and the more best thing is it's Freeware)

MAY THIS IS DUE THE VIRUS. SO HAVE A COMPLETE SCAN OF THE PC WITH A GOOD ANTIVIRUS. OTHERWISE YOU HAVE TO AMMEND START UP SECTION
