turn off hp health analysis ?

I have Windows 7 on a Compaq notebook and I disabled hp health analysis in the task manager, but the program still keeps running. I can't stop the program because the start/stop/pause/resume buttons are grayed out, as one site recommended stopping the program before disabling it.
Any suggestions?

mayankkishor 		Yes, follow the following steps:-
1. In the RUN section type MSCONFIG;
2. Go to the start up section;
3. From the list find hp health & untick it;
4.Apply;
5. Restart the laptop.

Sure your problem will get solved
