Why is my son's acct. on same laptop all of a sudden saying cannot access due to Group Policy?

I do not know what changed - now whenever I try to do anything in his acct. I get that message that there is no access because of Group Policy. Also in advanced settings, I checked the Users and my name has a question mark beside it. My son has his name as owner - I do not know where or what my account is called. Oh yes, also I cannot get NAP set to "ON". I also did not have any admin. tools under my name and somehow ended up with Event Viewer - I have no clue! Thanks much.

hemant689 		May be your son changed your account's privilege by using group policy and give his account Administrator rights or he has taken ownership of that particular folder.

First add your account in Administrator's group and then try to access his account.
