Dear,
Use this method :
Press Menu -- Settings -- Phone settings -- Sensor settings -- Auto-rotate display -- On.
will solve your problem.
Another method :
Press Menu -- Settings -- Phone settings -- Phone Management -- Factory settings -- Restore.
The phone will ask you
"Factory settings will be restored. Phone cannot be used even for emergency calls during restoration."
press "Yes"
This will surely solve your problem, if there is no any hardware fault.
Note: The 2nd method will erase all your personal settings and data. So before applying backup your data first.
