A window wont close on my computer i cant restart or shut it down

anu_karnal 		Open "Task manager" by pressing "Ctrl", "Alt" and "Delete" key simultaneously. Open Processes tab. right click on entry "explorer.exe", click on "End process tree". The desktop will be blank. Return back to "Applications" tab. Click on "New Task" button at the bottom left. Type "explorer.exe" and press "Enter" key youwill see cleaned new desktop after closing the task manager. Alternatively you can "Shut Down" or "Restart " in "Shut Down" tab of the "Task Manager". In case the system is not responding at all, you may reset the computer by power button.
