Webpage loading problem ?

I have problem with few sites like wordpress not loading while Bsnl broadband connected,but same sites loading i'm using MTS datacard.Kindly help to fix this issue.

most likely its DNS problem, try changing to public DNS like Google DNS and try again.

I tried Open DNS & Google DNS still problem exist
