Windows 7 Turn on Wireless???

I cant figure out what where to click on windows 7 to enable wireless, the adapter seems to pass its test
but does not find any NAPS

RockyCS 		Go to Control panel> Hardware and Sound, click on Windows Mobility Center, here you can find an option for wireless settings.
