Windows Vista Boot Failure (With Black Screen) ?

hi i m using windows vista and i m trying to boot from harddisk but it stops in black screen with cursor ..

How to solve this boot problems


any response welcome.....????

BOBY 		first of OPEN your computer and press DEL and F2 and go for boot options and set the first boot device HDD .
then
press F10 for save your setting ..
again same problem
than open the caibinet and check hdd wair and set the properly than restart your computer and again same problem than replace your Hard disk
