notebook pc is restarting in random time.. ?

I have toshiba A300 model in that since 1 week my notebook is restarting in every few minute.. after some restarts it works fine... in some arbitary time it restarted ..

I changed RAM but still not solved.. I also removed battery and runs via DC direct adapter.

Can you suggest me which reason may have..?

get it checked by a technician, most likely its a hardware fault.
