Folder Not Visible - Tried Show Hidden Files by correcting regedit. ?

Hi, I'm facing a problem finding my Pics Folder in my flash drive. When I right link the Flash Drive's link in My Computer it shows 6.71GB, however, just in side this drive I have another Folder containing other sub folder where I had my Pics Folder. When I right click this folder it says 2.39GB, which means it's not including that Pics Folder.

I've also tried the hidden files thing (by going in regedit) but it still wouldn't show. I believe it's some virus. Please help me out...
