how to remove the comment restriction from any pdf file. so that i am able to add comments or highlight any line in pdf file. ?

When I am reading a pdf file…how can I underline any important line……or add any comment to the paragraph…… so that whenever I again read the same pdf file I will be able to review the important points…….

Option (pdf reader>>tools>>customize toolbar>>comment and markup toolbar) is available in pdf reader but I am not able enable it……. ()

It says that the commenting is not allowed when I check from pdf reader>> file menu>>properties>security.
How to remove that restriction.

Also I want to mention that I am able to add comment on a pdf file for which commenting is allowed.

I had checked a forum that was mentioning that if u save it(pdf file with restriction) through okular reader in linux then u will be able to edit it i.e. comment restriction will be removed.

But we don’t have any Linux system there to check it out……

So could you pls suggest how to remove that comment restriction from any pdf file.

wezzie 		Download new Adobe Reader X and when you open any PDF file look at menu bar to roght and click comment. This will open a box to add comments. Add sticky note > Type comment and save when finished. When re opened document you wil see a cloud click this and up pops your comment.

Also look at the menu bar it gives various options i.e. sticky note, highlight text, view in read mode.
