why my computer shutting down frequently?

i was logging on yesterday. my computer hangs up then shutting down itself.. then it restarting itself too. why.? now it is repeating.. pls i need your help,.. anyone? thanks much and god bless us all

manoj 		actully, smtime itcould be by a notepad file.... in this file a commend is written which is

Shutdown -i

if this file is run then our pc is automatically restart
so checked ur data that any one such type of file is there or not???

there can be multiple reasons like - heating problem, motherboard fault, or even software fault.
Start by checking that fans are working. If fans are fine, then run a RAM diagnostic and hard disk diagnostic test. to see how to do it, use the search box on this page to find the diagnostic tools.
