burning problem in lg sata dvd drive ?

i have bought an lg sata dvd drive whats the problem i am facing is
i can able to read the files but i cant burn
if i am going to write some files with nero first of all the buffering at nero is not working and the led at dvd drive which is used to burn while reading and writing its not working finaly it wil show burning process fails
