Open outlook express .
(1) Click on tools
(2) Click om Message rules and select mail
(3) Click on New
(4) Select the condition for your rule for example (If you want to filter all the mails which is coming on your email id abc@abc.com) then select fourth option where the to line contains people
(5) Then select the action for your rule means if a mail is coming on abc@abc.com what action you take
If you want that all the mails which is coming on abc@abc.com is move to the particular folder like 123 folder
(6) For this select the first option Move it to the specified folder
(7) In third option click on contains people and specify the email id which you want to filter like abc@abc.com
(8) Then click on add
(9) After this click on specified means in which folder your mails move when to line contain your specified email id select your folder and click on ok
(10) Name the rule and click on ok
(11) Now all the mails whcih is coming on abc@abc.com is now move to the specified folder.
Note : For this procedure you must first of all create your folder in which you want to move your mails you create your folder by right click on inbox selct new folder option type folder name and click on ok
