why my voice call don,t work in yahho massenger and skype?

hallo
i am in iran .some mounth ago i spok with my pc to other pc in germany but suddenly my voice call beceam disconnected.it is very big problem for me that i can,t speak with yahoo massenger and skype.it is strang .

this can be a network related problem. check your internet speed and quality.
