I have windows firewall+ Netgear wireless router with inbuilt firewall+ MSE antivirus. Sitll my PC got infected with a worm through internet. Do I need to install some more antivirus or firewall ?

anonymous 		Most likely it was one of the sites you have visited that infected you. Firewall protects your computer by monitoring and blocking ports when you are away from PC. Antivirus will protect you when it is scanning, unless you have it setup to monitor your activities online and catch viruses/trojans/worms while you are surfing. It's a little more complicated than that, but as far as securing your computer goes, you have it right with antivirus and firewall. Just be carefull what sites do you visit.

ashishb 		First of all do not connect your pc with anyone in the network . Its good that you enabled your windows firewall. If your MSE antivirus do not catch the virus it means that this virus name not present in your antivirus database list (Virus database list). Use another and latest antivirus like pc tools , norton , bitdefendee etc.

No Anti-virus program is 100% secure, there are always chances of infection if you are not cautious.
If you have been infected by some worm, which is not cured by the anti-virus, run a scan with MBAM tool - http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
