forgot password on start up for windows 7 how can i rest set it to access my computer ?

i changed my password and haven't been on my computer in over a month and now i have forgotten what my password is to access my computer from the start-up. I have windows 7 operating system and it has a button to reset password but says need a wizard password disk and i don't have one can you please tell me how to change this and be able to access my computer i need it for school and i don't have money to pay to get it changed

anonymous 		You can easily recover the Log In password of Windows Xp, Vista and 7 within a few minutes. Their is
a software called Ophcrack which is a free open sourc(GPL licensed)..All you need do is to,
1. Download the iso file.
2. Burn it on to a CD.
3. Put the CD into the CD-ROM.
4. Restart your computer(Make sure that in the BIOS settings first booting priority set to CD-ROM)
5. Ophcrack will automatically start just follow the instruction on the screen..And you are done. [link url=http://ophcrack.sourceforge.net/download.php]Download[/link]
