How to make my taskmanager work as normal?

Actually when i press Alt+ Ctrl+Del..
All the options appear as normal. that is :Taskmanager,Lock computer,Change Password,etc.
But as i click the Task manager option the computer doesn't give any response..

What should i do to solve this?
Plez give me specific answer only.
