omkar 		1st boot the system in safe mode (press F8 when system booting), where select the option boot with command prompt. After login with user name /password, we receive cmd prompt on screen, where type taskmgr.exe then enter. we received the command promt. then try restore the system to previous restore point. After system reboot we likely access task mgr in normal mode too.

other option was when system was booting press F8 then select the option, last known good configuration its also work and problem too solved.
