mallikarjunarao 		This error comes, after a long a device connected to your system, then you get this type error message, remove this error please fallow below it's works for me.

go My Computer->Mange->Device Manager->USB

Remove all unknow item in that (USB) , remove all usb connections from your desktop or notepad, and shutdown your machine. wait 5 minutes and restart your pc now connect your usb its works.
