How to remove pdf complete?

Hi,
I installed a software named as "PDF Complete" to convert doc files to pdf. This was only trial version and for using it more i have to purchase it.
Now I am trying to uninstall this but this is not being uninstall from my system. In control panel when i click on it and than click on uninstall... nothing happens..
Please tell me what to do??
