my windows not open when change my bios to default settings ?

i use intel DG33FB board in that i use SATA but now it works only IDE if i change it into Default as SATA the windows closes and it goes to the page safe mode, safe mode with command prompt, last known good configuration and starts windows normally when i choose any one from this windows load then it displays no signal and restarts automatically this process repeated even i formatted OS this does not change

how to i work again into SATA instead of IDE Please help me i use Windows XP

LuckyBhumkar 		1. Try to Remove battery (cell) from motherboard for 1 minutes then try to boot....
2. Reupdate / flash your BIOS using helping from website of your mother manufacturer .
3. Test Linux Live CD on it to confirm any defect in your Windows installation.
